(1) Zambian music ranks (or Zambian music blog) will only be accepting/be held liable for refunds if and only if the following occured:
(a) If your music content/profile upload wasn’t uploaded to our site and the relevant social media channels within 72 hours from the time, you (as the uploader) emailed Zambian Music Ranks your bank account payment details (confirming payment for it)
(b) If Zambian Music Ranks did not correct the errors on your upload within 72 hours of your writing in notification to us via our official email address (email@example.com), that we uploaded the wrong music content/profile or mistakenly listed the wrong details for it.
(c) If Zambian Music Ranks did not re-upload/correct errors on your music content/profile within 14 days from the time you notified us in writng via our official email address that it was no longer listed on our website and the associated social media networks/had errors on our website listing (for already existing uploads). A search bar/actual error screen shot would be greatly appreciated and is neccessary.
(2) Zambian Music Ranks will not be accepting/held liable for refunds if the following occured:
(a) If you (as the uploader) didn’t notify Zambian Music Ranks within 7 days from the time we uploaded your content, that we uploaded the wrong content/that we listed the wrong details for it.
(b) If your refund querry involves an error which you (as the uploader) actually made in sending us your upload details via our official email address. Such arguments will not be tolerated by us, so make sure you proof read your content details before sending them over to us.
(c) If your refund querry was sent to an email address other than our official Zambian Music Ranks address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
